What is a "Limited Edition" print, and why would I want one?

Fine Art Prints are available in two types of editions: "Open Edition", and "Limited Edition." Click here for more information on Print Editions.

What about shipping?

All products are carefully packaged to survive shipping in perfect condition. If a product arrives damaged, either refuse the shipment, or contact me and I'll make it right. Standard shipping charges for US delivery vary from under $10 to around $50, and are visible in the shopping cart before you finalize your order. International shipping is available at cost--Contact us for a quote on your specific order.

How long will it take to process my order?

Matted and framed prints can sometimes take about a week to ship.

Gift items and greeting cards will ship in a couple of days, if in stock, otherwise 7-10 days.

What types of photography do you do?

I am primarily a photographic artist, spending the majority of my time shooting and creating Fine Art images. I am available for commissioned art work, such as capturing the essence of a special place, like a home or ranch. I am also available for commercial photography work, environmental portraiture (portraits taken in a pretty place, at work, or at play), head shots (for executives, actors, professionals), and event photography (corporate/business events, parties, fundraisers, etc.). I also specialize in making professional reproductions for other visual artists like painters. See more on the Photography Services page.

How do I schedule a photo shoot?

Call or Contact the studio directly. See more on the Photography Services page.

General Information

How do I pay?

Online products purchased through the website are placed in a shopping basket and paid for through PayPal secure checkout with a major credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express) or your own PayPal account. You do not have to have a PayPal account to use this checkout.

Payment directly to the studio for client services or fine art products can be made by cash, corporate check, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or through PayPal.

Payment for fine art pieces at an exhibition are generally made through the host business or gallery.

Why does my shopping cart show two separate orders?

Orders are separated if you have some items being fulfilled by a vendor (prints from an event going to one of my pro printing labs, for example), and some items being fulfilled by me (e.g. fine art prints or canvas gallery wraps). The first order goes through Zenfolio, who works directly with the lab. The second order comes directly to me.

Why did I get a message from zenfolio.com?

Zenfolio is a hosting and fulfillment service I use to support my website. You will receive email from them only to facilitate fulfillment of your order through Earthshine Photography. Please clear the address "[email protected]" to receive these emails. If you have any questions or concerns about any communications, please call or Contact me directly.

What name will appear on my credit card statement?

Depending on how the charge is made, the name on your credit card statement may appear as "Earthshine Photo", "9K Enterprises, LLC", "Tom Blessum", or "Zenfolio".

What about my privacy when I purchase or register on the site?

We value your privacy. Click here to review our Privacy Policy.
